Cognizant Technology Solutions is looking for a Service Delivery Manager - Life and Annuities to join the team of IT professionals in a role. If you meet our background requirements and skills and are in search of an opportunity with these skills and expertise, here is the opportunity for you!

Responsibilities:

• Be responsible for the delivery of 3 projects to ensure they meet business requirements and are delivered on time and within budget
• Ensure the effective management of resources, handling project risks and ensure right set of knowledgeable team
• Supervise and report on service delivery performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions
• Collaborate with collaborators to understand their needs and ensure that services are aligned with business objectives
• Develop and implement service delivery strategies, policies, and procedures to improve efficiency and effectiveness
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and advancements in technology to drive service delivery improvements

Required Qualifications

• Possess a proven ability in IT service delivery, with a strong background in LIFE Domain
• Demonstrate expertise in handling and leading IT service delivery teams
• Show proficiency in developing and implementing service delivery strategies and policies.
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
• Display a dedication to continuous improvement and innovation in service delivery.
• Experience in Life and Annuities Insurance is a plus.
• Work in a Client place is must

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for the position is between $89,100– $141,500 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
