ServiceNow Developer

Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions using out-of-the-box features and custom development (JavaScript, Glide API, etc.).
Customize core applications like Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, CMDB, and Service Catalog.
Create and manage Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, Client Scripts, and Workflows.
Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other systems (REST/SOAP APIs).
Utilize Flow Designer, Service Portal, and Performance Analytics.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
Participate in Agile ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution.
Maintain system documentation and update standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
2–5+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
Experience with ITSM, CMDB, and/or ITOM.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with ServiceNow IntegrationHub, MID Servers, or custom integrations.
