Job Description
General Purpose: The SharePoint developer will be responsible for architecting, implementing, and maintaining enterprise SharePoint and SharePoint Online environments for the firm. This person will be responsible for maintaining SharePoint custom applications, creating and maintaining SharePoint sites, and proposing and implementing governance strategy and controls. The desired candidate must be able to communicate effectively with business, legal, administrative and technical colleagues as well as manage multiple priorities. This role is hybrid, in-office part-time based from our Denver, Boise, Boulder or Salt Lake offices.
Essential Duties/Responsibilities: - Design, develop, debug, test, deploy, document and maintain SharePoint solutions using out-of-the-box functionality, as well as custom development using Visual Studio, C#, .NET, VSCode, Javascript, HTML 5, CSS, ECMA 6, Node.js, etcetera...
- Participate in the architectural design, development, customization, and integration. efforts of solutions involving collaboration, portals, content management, and workflows.
- Develop and administer data and integrations between SharePoint and other enterprise systems.
- Diagnose and resolve application, configuration, and code level technical support issues.
- Analyze new software products to enhance automation and business development.
- Discuss solutions with end users, understanding their business needs and how to leverage SharePoint and supporting technologies to create customized solutions.
- Work with vendors for implementation, support and troubleshooting of third-party software solutions.
- Develop both technical and end user documentation as well as provide training for end users as needed.
Job Qualifications (Education, Experience and Certification): - Bachelor's in information technology, information systems, computer science or computer engineering, or other related area and minimum 3 years IT experience, with an emphasis in SharePoint; or Associates degree or technical diploma/degree and minimum 5 years IT experience including 3 years with an emphasis in SharePoint; or high school diploma and 8 years IT experience 3 years' experience in SharePoint.
- Knowledge must include architectural design, configuration and troubleshooting SharePoint implementations.
- Must possess an in depth understanding and hands on capabilities with Microsoft SharePoint Server 2013, 2016, SharePoint Online, and SharePoint Designer.
- Minimum of 4+ years of Microsoft stack development experience (C#, ASP.NET, PowerShell, SQL, SQL Server, REST API, MVC, Visual Studio etc.)
- Minimum of 3+ years of SharePoint development/configuration/implementation experience.
- Minimum of 3+ years of hands on experience with the Office 365 suite

- Experience in Azure Active Directory, Functions, Automation, Runbooks, LogicApps, AppSecurity, Certificate Services, etcetera...
- Capability to multi-task with strong attention to detail.
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, agile environment and resolving unplanned incidents quickly.
- Self-motivated, proactive, independent & responsive; requires little supervisory attention.
- Excellent communication skills with a clear understanding of the importance of great customer service.
- Familiarity with the following systems: Aderant Handshake, AvePoint DocAve, ULS Viewer.
- Viewed as a subject matter expert within the organization.
- Self-starter with the ability to multi-task and work in a very fast paced environment.

Colorado Salary Range - $94,383-$157,307/year.A discretionary bonus may be available based upon performance.
