JOB SUMMARY: The Social Content Developer Intern will be responsible for creating content for multiple media touchpoints that is within our brands' visions. This internship will focus on social media content development and any aligning marketing strategies. This role reports to the Director of Digital Marketing and will work with our media team to support external/internal video, editing, and animation projects.
This is a hybrid position, with the expectation that you are present in-office 2 days per week during the Fall 2024 season. Please note: You must be 21 years of age or older at the time of the internship to be eligible. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: - Film, shoot, edit and produce social media content (GIFs, photos, videos, etc.) for brands within our portfolio.
- Create original short form content for Four Loko and Mamitas products.
- Edit captured content - build event and digital campaign recaps that tell positive marketing stories using digital assets.
- Contribute new ideas that push our brands channel strategy forward - support in ideation across brand social calendars to bring fresh and relevant content ideas.
- Manage priorities and timelines across several projects and stakeholders at once.
Requirements
- Degree in Graphic Design, Cinematography, Marketing, Advertising or similar education, OR relevant experience required.
- 1-3 years of related experience in social media & video creation, with an interest in beverage / CPG or brand marketing.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere).
- Experience with Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word).
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle details for multiple projects.
- Interest in pop culture trends, along with the ability to monitor relevant trends in entertainment, music, fashion, gaming, etc.
- Strong work ethic, with brand-centric focus.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision
