**Job Description:**
We are seeking a **Social Media Executive Assistant** to provide administrative support, patient follow-ups, and community engagement. This is a part-time position perfect for someone who enjoys communication, organization, and connecting with people in the wellness space.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Follow up with patients via SMS and phone calls (using Weave).
* Manage and engage with social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, and local groups).
* Drive community engagement and lead generation through wellness-related outreach.
* Oversee administrative tasks including email and calendar management.
* Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations.
**Qualifications:**
* Female candidates only, aged 35–45.
* Strong interest in the wellness space.
* Excellent communication skills with a friendly and approachable personality.
* Good accent and phone communication skills.
* Medical background is a plus.
* Prior VA, admin, or social media management experience preferred.
**Tools You Will Use:**
* EMR Software (ECW)
* Weave (SMS follow-ups)
* Outlook
**Working Hours:**
* Part-Time (20 hours/week)
* 10AM-3:00PM (with 1 hr unpaid lunch break) US Timezone

**Non-Negotiables:**
* Screenshot and productivity tracker required.
* Graveyard Shift (US Timezone)
