Join PDS Tech as a Spanish Copy Editor in Tempe, AZ!** **Summary of the Role:** We are seeking an experienced **Spanish Copy Editor** to support our Copy team. In this role, you'll review and edit a wide variety of communications materials-including print collateral, web copy, and digital marketing deliverables-to ensure clarity, consistency, and accuracy. You'll collaborate closely with the Copywriting Manager, Senior Spanish Copywriter, and Contract Spanish Copywriters to maintain brand style and tone. **Job Responsibilities:** + Review Spanish materials translated from English for **spelling, grammar, factual accuracy, and formatting issues** . + Apply knowledge of **AP style** and internal style guidelines to make edits and suggestions. + Fact-check content for accuracy (job titles, historical data, marketing offers, etc.). + Work quickly with extreme attention to detail and meet tight deadlines consistently. + Collaborate with team members and attend virtual project meetings. + Analyze copy from a **transcreation perspective** when appropriate. **Education & Experience:** + Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution. + Minimum **5 years of professional copy editing/proofreading experience** . + Expert knowledge of the **AP Stylebook** and ability to explain edits clearly. **Additional Information:** + Must maintain confidentiality when reviewing sensitive material. + **Remote position** ; local or MT/PT candidates preferred. + Up to **40 hours per week** , as needed. **Why Join Us?** + **Competitive hourly rate** of $41.38/hour. + **Impactful Work:** Help ensure clear, accurate communication for diverse audiences. + **Flexible Schedule:** Remote work with up to 40 hours per week. + **Collaborative Team:** Work with experienced copywriters and editors in a supportive environment. **Apply Today:** Ready to bring precision and clarity to Spanish-language content? **Apply today** and include a cover letter highlighting your editing experience and AP Style expertise. **Pay Details:** $41.38 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
