What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Lead the development and execution of comprehensive digital marketing strategies and campaigns
• Manage advanced paid advertising strategies across platforms like Google PPC and LinkedIn
• Design and optimize marketing automation workflows and nurture campaigns in HubSpot
• Analyze campaign performance, attribution, and ROI to provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with design and content teams to create effective advertising creatives and messaging

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with expertise in paid media, email marketing, and marketing automation
• Proficiency in creating and executing paid media campaigns in platforms like Google Adwords and LinkedIn
• Experience working in HubSpot to create emails, landing pages, and workflows
• Strong analytical skills with experience in marketing analytics and reporting tools

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• Expert proficiency in marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, or similar)
• HubSpot marketing certifications and Google Adwords, Google Analytics, and LinkedIn advertising certifications
• Experience working in an agile marketing framework
• Excellent attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Strong communication skills and experience managing vendor and agency relationships
