**JOB DESCRIPTION**
* Handle the customer independently
Good knowledge of Logisys
Knowledge of various Schemes of export
Experience corresponding with the Customer
Operational knowledge must
knowledge of handling of post shipment documents which include export checklist on Visual Impex.
To maintain Export DSR (Daily Shipment Report) on daily basis & send us to reporting manager.
Co-ordination with Client as regular basis.
Filing shipping bills (Complete knowledge filing documents through ICEGATE).
Issuing Form 13 on Odex online side
Exemption Type Exempt (Salaried) Job Requirements
* Prefer at least3-4 of experience handling import/export trafficking functions with a Custom Clearance background
* Prefer two (3) to three (4) years of experience in customer service duties.
* Must be able to work in a fast paced environment.
* Good communication and organization skills and a strong attention to detail are required.
* The ability to work on a team and leadership experience is strongly desired.
* Candidate should have the ability to learn various computer programs.
