Job Description Job Description About the Role We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Staff Accountant. This role supports daily accounting operations, assists with month-end close, and ensures accurate financial reporting. The ideal candidate has strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities Prepare journal entries and maintain general ledger accounts Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions Assist in preparing financial statements and management reports Maintain accurate financial records and documentation Identify process improvement opportunities and support implementation Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance 2 year of accounting experience, including internships (preferred) Understanding of GAAP and basic accounting principles Proficiency in Excel (vlookups and pivot tables) Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills Ability to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines Strong verbal and written skills6b250ea6-cee3-481d-915c-f7283f1b2f1b
