Job Description

Position Title: Stockroom / Shipper

Wage: $21.00 - $22.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours: 3:30pm - 2:00am (Monday - Thursday)

QPS Employment Group is seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Stockroom / Shipper for one of our valued manufacturing clients in Monroe City, MO. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring materials, products, and inventory flow smoothly throughout the facility. You’ll handle shipping, receiving, and inventory transactions while supporting production operations with accurate, timely material delivery.

Stockroom / Shipper Responsibilities:
- Gather and prepare kit components from various stockroom locations for production use
- Perform inventory transactions using an ERP system (such as Syteline) to track movement and usage
- Deliver materials and finished products to designated production cells
- Conduct cycle counts to maintain accurate inventory control
- Receive incoming materials, verify contents and record details accurately
- Support shipping and receiving functions to ensure on-time delivery and proper documentation
- Maintain an organized and clean work area while following safety and quality standards

Requirements for Stockroom / Shipper:
- High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
- 1-3 months of related experience and/or training in shipping, receiving, assembly or inventory control
- Basic computer and ERP system skills (experience with Syteline a plus)
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Able to read work orders, shipping documentation, and basic inventory reports
- Effective communication and teamwork skills
- Able to stand, walk, handle materials and reach with hands and arms
- Able to lift up to 10 lbs regularly and up to 25 lbs occasionally
