CHARACTER. You show up ready to lead, support, and grow. We bring the energy every dayif you don't bring the juice, this isn't for you.
COACHING. You should be able to coach anyoneages 7 to 60+, personal training or classes. There's no ego herejust high-level coaching across the board.
TEAMWORK. D1 coaches don't "pick" who they coach. We are a team-first facility. Every coach should be ready to lead youth sessions, adult classes, and private training.
You wake up excited to change lives. You arrive at a state-of-the-art facility, equipped with turf, racks, and energy. Your teammates8+ high-performance coachesgreet you like family. You're fired up to lead a 6 AM adult class of 20 people, then coach an 8-year-old soccer player in a 1-on-1 session, followed by a 17-year-old prepping for college football.
You run classes, guide personal sessions, write programs, organize the weight room, and blast music on turf while coaching with precision. You bring energy and professionalismand it shows. At the end of the day, your client messages you: "Coach, I hit my goal." That's what it's all about.
