What You’ll Do

• Create a safe, engaging, and nurturing classroom environment
• Lead age-appropriate activities and support early learning
• Supervise indoor/outdoor play and encourage positive behavior
• Assist with hygiene routines, meals, and daily care
• Communicate with families and collaborate with your teaching team

Who We’re Looking For

• Individuals who are caring, dependable, and excited to work with young children
• Candidates interested in early childhood or gaining classroom experience
• Team players who are flexible and eager to learn
• Opportunity for regular part-time and/or substitute hours

Qualifications

Substitute Teacher / Aide:

• Combination of education and experience in early childhood
• CDA, related degree, or coursework preferred
• 6–12 months experience in a licensed childcare setting

Substitute Infant/Toddler Caregivers:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 30 hours of infant/toddler training (We can provide training)
• 12–24 months experience with children under 36 months
