Bolingbrook High School VACANCY: The Valley View School District is seeking an individual to fill a temporary secretarial position for the 2025 Summer School Program at Bolingbrook High School.



REPORTS TO: Summer School Principal



DATES: June 01, 2025 through June 18, 2026 ** No classes on June 19, 2026 **

HOURS: 7:00 am to 12:30 pm
Additional time required before and after session start and end date and start and end times on a daily basis to fully fulfill administrative performance responsibilities.



QUALIFICATIONS:

• Keeping an accurate record of student and teacher attendance
• Some typing responsibilities: completing forms and reports as required, instructional materials for classroom use, and general office correspondence
• Taking and delivering telephone messages
• Filing and clerical work as required
• Sorting and distributing U.S. and in-district mail
• Maintaining accurate records for certified and non-certified payroll as required
• Working with student records (Must be able to exercise good judgment and maintain confidentiality)
• Negative T.B Test required
• Must provide a high school diploma or GED equivalent

PAY SCALE AND BENEFIT DISCLOSURE: Salary is in accordance with the Office Personnel Salary Schedule.
