Supply Planning Analyst

Location: Onsite in Irvine, CA 92618

Pay Rate: $46.66/hr. - $64.00/hr.

Duration: 12 Months, Contract, W-2

Description/Comment:

· Plans, schedules and monitors inbound movement of materials from suppliers .

· Work with production planning and customer service teams to determine what allocations and materials are accessible to ship to different regions.

· Determines material requirements and coordinates the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.

· Develops specifications for new contract orders .

· Responsible for data management , global allocation plans and order management, data requests, and helping build the SAP capabilities amongst the Business Unit.

· Demand/ supply planning for New Product Launches (phase in, phase out)

· Consolidating, analyzing, and evaluating global demand plans, inventory levels, and net requirement plans

· Coordinating between several regions to articulate a global picture for the business

Qualifications:

· BA degree & 1+ yr Experience within supply chain, supply planning, production planning

· Building Power BI Dashboard experience is preferred

· Knowledge using Microsoft Azure, SQL data warehouse, SAP S4/ Hana warehouse , etc is preferred.

· An understanding of Demand and Supply with SAP background is preferred.

· Advanced Excel skills is preferred.

· Strong data analytics skills, strong communication ability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
