We specialize in the full suite of SEO and SEM offerings, being a full-service integrated agency, and complete media production including TV and radio ad creation and placement.
As a Tableau Developer/Designer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and visualizations that provide actionable insights to stakeholders. You will work closely with data analysts, departmental leaders, and other team members to ensure that our data visualization aligns with business objectives and enhances organizational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand reporting and visualization requirements.
Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and visualizations tailored to business needs.
Working with IT and Operations, connect Tableau to various data sources, ensuring seamless integration and real-time updates.
Optimize dashboards for performance and usability across multiple devices.
Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
Prepare, maintain and ensure data accuracy and consistency by working closely with data engineers and data stewards.
Provide end-user training and support to ensure effective use of Tableau visualizations.
Conduct tests to identify issues and troubleshoot problems
Document processes, methodologies, and workflows related to Tableau development.
Stay updated on internal Business System application roadmap to provide insight into reporting impacts as well as Tableau best practices, new features, and industry trends.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Analytics, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of hands-on experience developing Tableau dashboards and visualizations.
Proficiency in connecting Tableau to various data sources (SQL, APIs, cloud platforms, etc.).
Understand Salesforce object relationships (standard and custom objects) and fields for accurate reporting.
Understanding of data visualization principles and best practices.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Critical thinking and strong problem-solving skills with an astute attention to detail.
Document processes, data models, and dashboard designs.
Provide training and support to end-users for self-service Tableau usage.
Experience working in the advertising, marketing, or media industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
Experience with Tableau Server or Tableau Cloud administration.
Knowledge of other BI tools or programming languages (e.g., Python, R, Power BI) is a plus.
Certification in Tableau (e.g., Tableau Desktop Specialist, Tableau Certified Data Analyst). Stream Companies
