You’ll play a key role in advising on mergers and acquisitions, working directly on drafting and negotiating tax provisions in stock purchase agreements, asset purchase agreements, partnership and joint venture agreements, and loan agreements. You’ll be trusted to bring strategic insight to high-stakes negotiations and provide clear, business-minded tax guidance. While not required, experience in cross-border tax structuring and international tax issues (inbound and outbound) will put you ahead of the curve.
