Senior Technical Program Manager – Join Our Team! 🚀

We’re looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager (TPM) who’s passionate about driving complex engineering programs that directly impact the business. In this role, you’ll partner with Product, Engineering, and cross-functional leaders to deliver high-impact initiatives that shape our technology roadmap.

You’ll lead large-scale programs from concept to launch—defining technical requirements, designing solutions, mitigating risks, and ensuring teams stay aligned and focused. This is an exciting opportunity to bring structure, clarity, and operational excellence to fast-moving technical teams.

🔧 What You’ll Do

• Lead and execute complex, multi-disciplinary engineering programs that deliver real customer impact.
• Partner with senior leadership to drive technology strategy and data-driven decision-making.
• Own program execution—scope, planning, timelines, cross-team alignment, and delivery.
• Help build and scale the TPM function—define processes, OKRs, KPIs, and best practices.
• Provide transparent updates on progress, risks, and blockers to stakeholders.
• Champion developer efficiency—removing roadblocks, minimizing unnecessary meetings, and improving workflows.
• Implement estimation practices using data-driven insights and drive accountability across teams.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 5-6+ years in Technical Program Management within software, SaaS, or tech-driven environments.
• Strong technical acumen—you understand system architecture, backend/frontend technologies, and can navigate complex technical conversations.
• Proven track record managing programs involving data ingestion, processing, and analytics .
• Experience collaborating closely with Product to align on roadmaps, priorities, and delivery.
• Excellent communicator with the ability to influence and build trust with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Skilled in driving operational excellence, process improvement, and scalable program management.
• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and organized—with a passion for solving complex problems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science , or a related technical field.
