Job Details As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of projects related to the testing and validation of slot games. You will work closely with a team of Computer Scientists and Mathematicians to ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and to the highest quality standards. Your role will involve collaborating with game developers, designers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and high-quality testing across all aspects of the game development process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of Computer Scientists and Mathematicians, ensuring seamless integration of testing strategies for slot games.
Oversee all phases of the project lifecycle, from planning through delivery, meeting quality and timeline goals.
Collaborate with game developers, designers, and QA to align technical execution with project objectives.
Inspire innovation and problem-solving within the team, fostering a culture of fresh ideas and effective solutions.
Uphold best practices in project management, including scalable coding standards, testing methodologies, and deployment pipelines.
Manage project roadmaps, ensuring effective resource allocation and alignment with organizational priorities.
Partner with stakeholders to clarify technical requirements, mitigate risks, and ensure alignment on deliverables.
Guide the team in leveraging tools, platforms, and emerging technologies to create competitive testing solutions.
Provide technical mentorship and coaching, promoting career growth and elevating team performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in project management, preferably in the gaming or regulated testing industry.
Strong technical background with expertise in C++, Python, or other relevant programming languages.
Excellent understanding of computer science algorithms, patterns, and data structures.
Experience with multi-threading and parallel programming.
Solid foundation in software development and testing best practices, including Agile methodologies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple, often competing priorities and tasks.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
