Job Title: Accounts Payable Specialist
Location: Redlands, CA
Schedule: Full-Time, Temporary
Pay Range: $26- $28/HR
Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team in Redlands on a temporary basis. This position will primarily focus on managing and processing vendor invoices, ensuring timely and accurate payments, and maintaining organized financial records.
Key Responsibilities:
Review, code, and process vendor invoices and expense reports
Experience with month-end closing and AP reporting
Match purchase orders, invoices, and receipts
Prepare and process check runs, ACH, and wire transfers
Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies
Maintain accurate and organized accounts payable files
Communicate professionally with vendors and internal departments
Qualifications:
2+ years of recent Accounts Payable experience (full cycle preferred)
Working knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Experience using accounting software and Microsoft Excel
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
