💵 Pay Package: $1525.00 Gross Weekly  

Taxable: $16.00/hr (W2)  

Stipends: $885.00 weekly 

 

🔍 Requirements:

• Active LPN license in New York State
• Minimum 1 year of LPN experience in a long-term care (LTC) or skilled nursing facility (SNF)
• Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) certification preferred
• Ability to administer medications, perform treatments, and assist with ADLs
