Job Description & RequirementsAUTO OFFER Lutheran Hospital RN / Operating Room Shift: 12:30p - 11p Monday through Thursday Call requirements: one weekend 7p-7a every 8-9 weeks Block scheduling option available GH: 36 Bill rate: $85 Duration: 13 weeks Max amount of RTO: 1 week Certifications required: IN state license, BLS, ACLS Scope of role: Circulating surgical cases, managing all nursing care within the operating room , observing the surgical team from a broad perspective, and assisting the team to create and maintain a safe, comfortable environment for the patient’s surgery Required years of experience: 2 years Required skills: Required experience with a level 1 or 2 trauma center, daVinnci Robot experience, neuro-spine and cranial experience, Peds OR experience, ortho trauma experience, Cerner EMR experience EMR: Cerner Scrubs: Hospital issued scrubs
