Job Description

American Traveler is seeking a Radiology Technologist - X-Ray with strong diagnostic imaging experience and flexibility to cover call and float within the health system.

Responsibilities

• Work in a diagnostic X-ray unit within a healthcare system
• Day shifts, Monday through Friday, with typical hours between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM
• Call coverage required Monday to Friday from 5 PM to midnight and weekends from 8 AM to 8 PM
• May be required to cover holidays
• May be required to float to alternative locations within the health system
• Cerner EMR experience is preferred
• Responsibility includes performing diagnostic X-ray imaging procedures as needed
• Must be willing to float to different facilities within the health system as needed
• Expectations for some holiday coverage apply
• On-site drug screen will be conducted before assignment
• Local candidates within 50 miles are not accepted

Requirements

• Current Radiology Technologist license required if applicable
• Pending license accepted for consideration, but must be active before start
• Diagnostic X-ray imaging experience required
• Drug screen required prior to start
• Cerner EMR experience preferred
