Job Description
We are seeking a Truck Driver CDL A to join our team! You will be responsible for safely operating a truck with a capacity of at least 80,000 pounds Gross Vehicle Weight (GVW).

DMI is a family based company, you are treated like family because we understand and realize how important family is to everyone. We have 2 programs here at DMI. We have what we call our local program, that's where our local drivers work M-F, home every night, average about 55 plus hours a week, off on all weekends. We have a great benefits pkg as well, including 401k. Then we have our OTR plan, our drivers usually leave home Sunday afternoons or night. Make their Monday morning delivery then on to their next destination. We get you home to your family every weekend, we don't run you out 6 to 8 weeks at a time like other companies. We don't promise you anything we can't deliver. We are a flatbed trucking operation and we do tarp loads, probably 1 out of every 5, but you're well paid. Our OTR guys starting pay is .52 and goes up to .57 cents per mile, this is all miles, loaded and empty...I'm serious, if you want to make great money and be home with the family, DMI is where you want to be. We are a self-insured company which allows us to hire students right out of school and train them the DMI way. We have flexibility other companies don't have. What do you have to lose, apply today.
