Job Description

Employee must have at least 3+ years' experience and will be tested prior to working for end client.


MIG/TIG/Flux Core/fabricators


Reading & interpreting blueprints and specifications to fabricate


Operating various metalworking equipment


Must be able to pass standard fillet break tests and bend tests on groove welds and to be trained and certify in multiple positions and processes including welding on fracture critical materials.


Must be experienced in the use of grinders and other hand and power tools normally used in the welding industry.


Be able to work in an open-air environment during many types of weather conditions.,many hours of standing, stooping, bending, lifting and reaching.


Job requires a good level of hearing and vision for both the employee's safety as well as the safety of those working around the employee. and able to listen to supervisors


Report to work on time and complete entire shift.


Must exhibit safety values consistent with State and Federal rules and regulations as well as adherence to the companies' safety policies. Must maintain a clean and safe work area.


The position requires good accurate communication skills in both directions listening to supervision as well as communicating back to supervision.
