About the Role

The Company is seeking a Global Real Estate Program Manager for the South region. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing initiatives across all three program pillars, supporting the Location Manager and the Executive Committee, and ensuring smooth corporate center operations. This role involves coordinating with key firm-wide and local functional partners, leading executive presentations, and creating reporting metrics related to people, the community, and the workplace. The Program Manager will also be involved in the rollout of site-specific initiatives, organizing infrastructure improvements, and partnering with HR teams on talent and mobility programming, retention strategies, and employee opinion survey analysis. Applicants must have a minimum of 4 years of program or project management experience, the ability to analyze large data sets, and a strong attention to detail. Proficiency in Pitch Pro, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word is essential, as is a BA degree or equivalent work experience. The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and a commitment to fostering a strong campus culture, including contributing to diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing executive presentations and will act as a key advisor to the Inclusion Action Committee and Business Resource Groups.
