The Vice President of Marketing is a senior leadership role responsible for developing and executing comprehensive branding and marketing strategies across Magellans active new developments and existing nationwide portfolio, as well as supporting the companys corporate brand. This individual will oversee all marketing initiatives, including brand development and positioning, digital and traditional advertising, social media campaigns, website development, public relations, community events, and market research, while ensuring alignment with Magellans business objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Leading the brand development and launch of the companys hotel, condo, apartment, office, and retail assets.
  • Managing marketing budgets, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize return on investment.
  • Managing all internal and external communication, digital presence, third party channels, and social media while maintaining brand integrity.
  • Managing the development of project-specific digital assets and collateral materials, communication pieces, promotional materials, presentations, websites, and reporting materials.
  • Managing photography including photoshoots (sourcing, planning, on-site execution, post-editing, and publication) and photo gallery management.
  • Managing execution of PR events and promotions via a PR agency or internal PR messaging.
  • Providing marketing budget recommendations for new development projects and supporting annual budgeting efforts of Magellans existing portfolio.
  • Cultivating and maintaining alignment with and satisfaction of all constituents: owners, team members, internal customers, partners, vendors, and industry contacts.
  • Supporting business development initiatives by participating in partner presentations.
  • Ensuring that the marketing team delivers lead volume to support leasing and sales goals.
  • Maintaining up-to-date understanding of industry trends and technical developments.
  • Overseeing and managing Magellans brand to maintain consistency across the companys corporate assets and real estate portfolio.
  • Supporting the professional growth and development of team members.

Benefits

  • Annual Base Salary Range: $150,000 $175,000 based on skills, education, experience, and other qualifications.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within the hospitality or real estate industry.
  • Strong understanding of hospitality marketing, real estate, market analysis, and branding strategies.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, and PR.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Able to build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, internal stakeholders, and team members.
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver, highly motivated and enthusiastic collaborative team member and leader.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines within a budget.
  • Skilled in crafting and implementing innovative ideas and concepts.
