Overview: We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented individuals to join our team as Virtual Scheduling Assistants for Travel. This role is perfect for those who love to plan, are passionate about travel, and are looking for a flexible work opportunity. No prior experience is necessary as comprehensive training will be provided.

• Coordinate and manage travel schedules for clients
  
• Arrange flights, accommodations, transportation, and activities based on client preferences
  
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to ensure a seamless travel experience
  
• Maintain and update travel records and itineraries
  
• Communicate effectively with clients via email, phone, and messaging platforms
  
• Stay informed about travel trends, deals, and destination information

• Must be at least 18 years of age
  
• Must be bilingual
  
• Must reside and have work authorization in Mexico
  
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
  
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in using online tools and applications
  
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
  
• Self-motivated and able to work independently
  
• Must have a smart phone or computer with a stable internet connection
