POSITION SUMMARY

As a Warehouse Associate on the 1st Shift at NFI Parts, you will be responsible for receiving and storing inventory, fulfilling customer orders, and packaging products for shipment. Accurate and efficient execution of these tasks is critical to the success of our operations.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Store products in designated locations with a focus on accuracy (99.95% accuracy rate).
  • Pick items from shelves as specified on customer orders with precision.
  • Receive incoming shipments, verify the content against shipment paperwork, and update inventory records in the system.
  • Package items for shipment, ensuring a contents accuracy of 99.95%, including for international orders.
  • Assist in the training of new associates on inbound and outbound procedures.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in assembling and packing kits.
  • Safely handle and process hazardous materials as required.

Requirements

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • 6-8 years of experience in warehouse or distribution environments.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Experience using an RF scanner.
