SHIFT: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday

ROLE SUMMARY:

As a Warehouse I team member, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES:
  • Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Pick and fill orders from stock, adhering strictly to quality and quantity standards.
  • Pack and ship orders in a manner that guarantees product integrity and customer delight.
  • Coordinate and prioritize inventory to maintain efficient stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
  • Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Forklift experience required.
  • Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
  • Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proven collaboration skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.
  • Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
  • Proven ability to think and move between strategic and analytical thinking as well as actual execution.
  • Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material, and keep lines of communication open with state's wholesaler network in order to better sell through products.
