SALARY: $22.40/hour., bonus eligible
SHIFT: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM, Monday - Friday
LOCATION: Four Peaks Brewing Company: Wilson Tasting Room - Tempe, AZ

As a Warehouse I team member, you will play a meaningful role in ensuring our operations run smoothly and efficiently. JOB RESPONSIBILTIES: - Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Pick and fill orders from stock, adhering strictly to quality and quantity standards.
- Pack and ship orders in a manner that guarantees product integrity and customer delight.
- Coordinate and prioritize inventory to maintain efficient stock levels and minimize discrepancies.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse operations.
JOB QUALIFICATIONS: - High school diploma or equivalent.
- Forklift experience required.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, and bend for extended periods of time.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating proven collaboration skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with team members.
- Basic computer skills for inventory management and order processing.
- Proven ability to think and move between strategic and analytical thinking as well as actual execution.
- Ability to coordinate brand information, supply POS material, and keep lines of communication open with state's wholesaler network in order to better sell through products.
