Our Client in Newark, DE is seeking a dynamic and experienced Warehouse Manager to join their team! This is a Full-Time, Direct Hire position with great benefits! This position is looking for 5-10 years of similar industry experience and is offering $80,000 - $130,000 per year based on experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage warehouse operations
- Oversee team of warehouse employees
- Oversee safety, maintenance, and training in facility
- Manage vendor relationships and maintain clear and timely communications
- Communicate with internal teams to ensure timely fulfilment of orders
- Work within multiple warehouse management systems and oversee the implementation of new systems
- Manage the budget for warehouse operations
- Implement new systems to increase efficiency and/or reduce costs
- Communicate with upper management
Qualifications:
- 10 years of warehouse management experience is highly preferred
- 5-10 years of experience in the Wine industry is highly preferred
- Highly proficient in warehouse operations and with WMS
