Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Indianola, MS

Salary: $60,000 - $70,000 (plus bonus)

Our client, an American discount retail organization listed on the Fortune 500, is seeking Warehouse Supervisors for their distribution center in Indianola, MS.

As the Warehouse Supervisor, you'll be the go-to leader overseeing merchandise receipt, stocking, order fulfillment, and shipping. You'll also manage a team handling rolling stock and automated equipment.

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field preferred
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience in a warehouse environment
• Knowledge of distribution center inbound/outbound processes and Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication—both written and verbal—are essential
• Flexibility in shift scheduling is key
