We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Web & Graphic Designer to join our team! If you love building visually stunning websites and designing graphics that bring brands to life, this is the role for you. Position Overview As a Web & Graphic Designer, you’ll spend about 60% of your time designing and building websites in WordPress and the remaining 40% creating digital and print graphics, such as brochures, flyers, logos, and branding materials. You’ll collaborate closely with our marketing and development teams to produce high-quality, user-friendly, and on-brand designs for our clients. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain WordPress websites using themes, plugins, and custom layouts Ensure websites are responsive, visually appealing, and optimized for performance and SEO Collaborate with marketing and content teams to create cohesive brand experiences across digital platforms Design graphics for digital campaigns, social media, and print materials (brochures, flyers, signage, etc.) Develop brand identities including logos, color palettes, and typography guidelines Edit and optimize photos and graphics for web use Stay current with design and web trends to continuously improve design quality and user experience Maintain organized design files and follow brand standards across all projects Qualifications 2+ years of experience in web and graphic design (agency experience preferred) Experience in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), and Canva Experience in WordPress is a plus, but can be taught Strong understanding of UX/UI principles and responsive design Experience with HTML/CSS basics a plus (not required) Excellent eye for layout, color, and typography Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Strong communication and collaboration skills Why Work With Us Collaborative and creative team environment Opportunities for professional growth and continued learning Competitive pay and benefits package Meaningful projects that make an impact for our clients When applying please submit your resume and portfolio.
