Qualifications:

HS education plus 3-5 years experience with stainless steel welding
MIG / TIG
Possess a solid understanding of welding equipment and welding accessories
Must be able to read and interpret blueprints, welding process specifications, and welding symbols
Mechanical machine shop background a plus
Creativity, and good communication skills
Someone who can work in a team environment but also works independently and has great troubleshooting ability
Good verbal communication skills
Must have own tools

A welding test will be administered as part of the application process.
