With 12 retail locations and a thriving home delivery service, we are committed to providing the highest quality prepared meals and wellness coaching.

Your Role as a Wellness Coach:

• Engage customers, creating authentic connections and memorable experiences.
• Be an expert in our products, wellness coaching, and services.
• Generate sales by providing weekly meal schedules and healthy lifestyle habits.
• Conduct wellness sessions, offering motivational coaching and body assessments.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve common goals.
• Build community relationships and attend marketing events.
• Spread gratitude and optimism.

What We Need from You:

• Ability to build and maintain a book of business.
• Knowledge of health, wellness, fitness, and nutrition.
• Confidence in approaching and building relationships with customers.
• Purpose driven approach to achieve goals.
• Eagerness to learn and problem-solve.
• Experience in casual dining, hospitality, or health and fitness sales.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, holidays, with a preference for Sunday and Monday shifts.

Note: This is not a remote position. Wellness Coaches are an integral part of our on-site team, playing a dual role in both coaching and retail tasks.
