Job Description
This role involves door-to-door outreach to secure window cleaning service contracts, followed by performing high-quality window cleaning. New team members will start with in-person training to develop the necessary skills and confidence to work independently, with hourly pay provided during training and ongoing work.

Responsibilities
Engage with potential clients through door-to-door outreach to promote and secure window cleaning service contracts.
Perform professional window cleaning services, ensuring client satisfaction with pristine, streak-free results.
Build and grow a client base, leveraging leads from Raymond Windows and strategic marketing efforts.
Provide ongoing support and expert guidance, fostering long-term relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications
Active in community networks, building trust and expanding reach.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to persuade and educate clients.
Self-motivated and entrepreneurial, capable of working independently while thriving in a supportive team environment.
Comfortable with door-to-door sales and physically able to perform window cleaning tasks.
