Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accountant to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and providing accurate financial reporting. This role requires a strong understanding of financial concepts and technical accounting skills to support our organization’s financial health and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities

• Daily Sales orders, Invoicing and Receivables.
• Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements and reports in accordance with established guidelines.
• Perform account reconciliation to ensure the integrity of financial data.
• Payroll Preparation.
• Assist with tax preparation and compliance, ensuring adherence to local, state, and federal regulations.
• Utilize QUICKBOOKS.
• Collaborate with other departments to gather necessary financial information for reporting purposes.
• Stay updated on changes in financial regulations and best practices.

Qualifications

• Quickbooks Savvy, a *Must*
• Bilingual / English Spanish
• Strong knowledge of financial concepts and technical accounting principles.
• Experience with account reconciliation processes.
• Familiarity with tax regulations and compliance requirements.
• Knowledge of governmental accounting standards is a plus.
• Proficient in general ledger accounting practices.
• Excellent analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Type: Full-time

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday
• Weekends as needed

Supplemental Pay:

• Performance bonus
• Yearly bonus
