Assemblers & Welder Fabricators

What's in it for you?

• Assembly $20 - $22/hour based on experience
• Welder/Fabricator $20 - $24/hour based on experience
• 1 st shift: Monday - Thursday, 6am - 4:30pm
• 2 nd Shift: Monday - Friday, 10am - 6:30pm (to start for training), then Monday - Friday, 3:30pm - Midnight
• Paid training
• Full time hours

What will you be doing?

• Trains under experienced assembler and/or welder
• Prepares materials for assembly and assists with heat exchanger setups
• Performs basic assembly functions under supervision
• Basic understanding of manufacturing, assembly, and fabrication
• Experience reading, writing, and using a tape measure
• Preferred experience with hand tools (not required); i.e. hammer, impacts, drills, grinding wheels, ratchets, etc.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings/blueprints/work instructions

• Can interpret and follow most, if not all, manufacturing drawings and work instructions
• Can fabricate most parts and assemblies with minimal supervision
• Knows multiple supporting manufacturing processes
• May assist with assembly of heat exchangers in Assembly Department

What do you bring?

• Positive attitude will willingness to learn
• Either has, or has the ability to, earn qualifications with both ASME and NAVSEA welding standards
• GTAW, GMAW, and torch brazing experience 
• Experience with welding carbon steel and stainless steel
• Experience with torch brazing copper and copper alloys
