Atlantictranstrading seeking an Entry Level Business Analyst has the primary responsibility to elicit, analyse, validate, specify, verify and manage the business requirements needs of the project. He/she will also participate in the testing, implementation and support phases of the project.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Analyse business models and projects to determine loopholes and areas that need development and upgrade
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business objectives and requirements.
• Conduct thorough analysis of current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Document detailed business requirements, use cases, and user stories.
• Work closely with the development team to translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Analyse the vision and scope of new projects, services and softwares.
• Develop reports and dashboards to communicate findings to stakeholders
• Participate in testing, validation, and rollout phases of the transformation project.
• Coordinate resources to promptly and cost-effectively address customer project requests with a strong focus on communicating plans and status to customers.
• Coordinate with I.T management staff as well as the senior management staff and other departments for resolution of complex issues.
• Stay up to date with the latest industry standards and trends and implement these changes into new projects and services.
• Keep senior management informed of all technical issues that adversely impact key business systems or processes.
• Effectively communicate the needs and concerns of the users to the stakeholders.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree.
• 0-2 years of experience
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to multitask and prioritise work.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
