Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Bookkeeper to join our team on a part time contract basis in Norton Shores, Michigan. This role requires expertise in managing financial records, processing invoices, and overseeing accounts payable and receivable. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in bookkeeping and be comfortable using QuickBooks Desktop alongside other software tools.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain accurate financial records and ensure timely updates to all accounts.
• Process invoices, including both manual and automated entries.
• Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes effectively.
• Perform bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.
• Handle collection activities and follow up on overdue payments.
• Utilize QuickBooks Desktop for bookkeeping and financial tasks.
• Generate financial reports as needed to support business operations.
• Use Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook to manage documentation and communication.
• Collaborate with team members to streamline financial processes.
