Landing and growing strategic partnerships The trusted expert advisor and thought leader to 3rd party partners about all things related to Rain Collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver events, content, and offers Create robust activation and growth programming Delivering on a set of ambitious company-level business objectives Ensuring clear and articulate communication in both written and oral form including sharing documentation, soliciting feedback and maintaining deal hygiene in sales tools What we're looking for Rain is seeking an experienced analytical and high integrity Business Development Analyst who is capable of developing, owning and managing large partner relationships and strategic ecosystem initiatives. The right candidate will possess a detailed understanding of the web3 and financial landscape. We are looking for high performers that can help us grow and strengthen our partnerships and further develop our sales cycle. The role will allow the successful candidate to develop their expertise as well as opportunities to explore other elements of working within a fast growing company. What you will bring to Rain BA/BS required; advanced degree is a plus 3+ years of Business Development or related experience Ability to work cross-functionally across teams and within the deal lifecycle Ability to structure, analyze, and solve complex business problems, as well as deliver impact against concrete business goals. Proven track record of complex problem solving and decision-making skills Strong analytical skills and team player Desirable but not mandatory: Exposure to B2B sales Experience with Hubspot, Salesforce or other CRMs Experience working in both U.S and LATAM Our perks enable working at Rain to be a fulfilling, healthy and happy experience.
