As a Business Development Associate , you’ll play a key role in identifying new prospects, supporting client engagement efforts, and helping to execute business development strategies. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for recent graduates or early-career professionals who want to gain hands-on experience in sales, marketing, and client relations while learning directly from senior leaders and industry experts .

• Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to execute strategic growth initiatives
• Identify, research, and engage new prospects, clients, and strategic partners
• Support client-facing activities, including presentations, product demos, and follow-ups
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify emerging trends and opportunities
• Assist in creating sales proposals, pitch decks, and business development materials
• Help manage lead generation campaigns and support client acquisition goals
• Track key performance metrics (KPIs) and provide actionable insights for improvement

• Strong interest in business development, sales, marketing, or client success
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
• Self-motivated, proactive, and solutions-oriented
• Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred, not required)
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, marketing, or lead generation is a plus
