The Company is in search of a Chief Business Development Officer to spearhead its global sales teams. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, expanding market presence, and maintaining the company's leadership position. Candidates for the Chief Business Development Officer position at the company should hold a Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, with an MBA preferred. A successful candidate will have a background in the global academic and/or learning content industry, with experience in diverse cultural environments and a solid understanding of global market dynamics. The role demands excellent strategic thinking, analytical, and problem-solving abilities, as well as proficiency in digital marketing tools and CRM software. The Chief Business Development Officer will be expected to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, and must be prepared for frequent travel, including international.
