Summary

We are seeking a dynamic Director of Operations to join our team at Peak Industrial Coatings. In this pivotal role, you will oversee our operational strategies and ensure the efficient execution of projects that meet our clients' needs. Your leadership will be essential in driving process improvements and fostering a culture of excellence within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement operational strategies that align with company goals.
• Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs.
• Oversee project management activities to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
• Manage business development efforts to expand client relationships and market presence.
• Provide leadership and guidance to senior management teams across departments.
• Monitor operational performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience in operations management within the industrial sector.
• Strong strategic planning skills with a focus on process improvement.
• Excellent project management abilities with attention to detail.
• Exceptional leadership skills with experience managing direct reports.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Excellent understanding of industrial and specialty coatings.
• Travel within approximately 2-3 hours of Louisville, KY (25%).

Compensation

• Salary: $80,000 - 110,000
• Bonus: $5,000 - $10,000 + based on performance and profitability
• Personal truck use with gas and insurance
• 401K matching
• Health insurance with employer contribution
