Job Title: Construction Project Manager

Industry: Mission Critical/Data Center

Location: Culpeper, VA

Salary: $135,000 - $180,000/year + Per Diem (when necessary)

Hire Model: 6 Month Contract-to-Hire

Project Timeline: 2027 Completion date with work to be had until 2030

A client of Insight Global is looking for a Construction Project Manager in Northern Virginia to support an exciting new construction project for one of their global technology clients!

Job Details:

• Provide overall management administration to project and assist in establishing project specific objectives and policies.
• Provide technical direction and guidance to subordinate managers, enforce company and project policies, maintain close client interface, and ensure all facets of the project are constructed in accordance with design, budget and schedule through subordinate managers and supervisors.
• Position has significant profit/loss responsibility for assigned construction project.

Minimum Qualifications :

• BS Engineering (Civil, Architectural, Structural)/Construction Management or similar curriculum
• 6 years of relevant vertical construction experience

Preferred Qualifications:

• Desire to work in a fast paced, challenging, technical, mission critical construction project.
• Experience with large vertical construction (200,000 Sq Ft).
• Experience in sitework, concrete, steel, and interiors in mission critical environments.
• Experience running larger scale projects.
• Fluency in construction paperwork including scope writing, purchasing, scheduling, planning, invoicing.
• Experience in ground-up construction.
• Ability to guide/train and mentor junior staff members.
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word and Outlook).
• Qualified candidates will be highly organized, professional and have excellent communication skills.

Compensation:

$135,000 - $180,000/year + Per Diem

Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
