What You'll Do: As a Consultant, you will provide essential Controller and CFO services to our clients on-demand. Your expertise will help businesses thrive by offering financial leadership and strategic insights. You'll work closely with business owners to optimize their operations and achieve their goals.
Location Flexibility: While we require candidates to be within commuting distance of our offices in
Reading, PA , or
Spring House, PA, we also embrace hybrid work arrangements. This flexibility allows you to balance professional growth with personal well-being, offering a rewarding career without sacrificing work-life harmony.

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related degree required
- Certified Public Accountant and / or Master's degree is desired
- 5-10 years of current or recent experience in public accounting or other industry working as a Controller / CFO
- Experience within an advisory or consulting environment focusing on financial services
- Knowledge of accounting software packages and ability to adapt/learn to different accounting software technology
- Successful at fostering strong relations built on trust and credibility
- Adept at meeting challenging client requirements and deadlines
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- Detail focused and driven to achieve high standards
- Strong general business acumen
- Onsite at client 40-50%
