Description:

• We are looking for a proactive paralegal to provide strong support for our subsidiary corporate governance program.
• Attending quarterly Board of Director meetings and taking minutes for several subsidiaries.
• Getting minutes signed and maintaining the governance platform with up-to-date materials.
• Capturing follow-ups and collecting them for the next meeting.
• Preparing corporate Resolutions.
• Leading Director and Officer onboarding tasks such as training, and scheduling notary/fingerprints and background screenings.

Skills Required:

• Experience in Corporate Paralegal.
• Highly organized and proficient with Outlook, Google Sheets, Google Docs, and Google Slides.
• Experience onboarding Directors and Officers.
• Experience with taking board of director meeting minutes.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills are required.
• Must be able to distill complex issues into concise concepts and summarize fast paced meetings accurately.
• Experience with NMLS and state licensing is a plus.
