Customer Complaint Handling Receive customer complaints, listen patiently to customer opinions, and actively coordinate with relevant departments to solve problems. Track the progress of complaint handling, ensure that the problem is properly solved, and provide timely feedback to customers on the results. After-sales service and support Provide after-sales service, such as product use guidance, troubleshooting, etc., to ensure that customers can use the company's products smoothly. Regularly visit customers to understand the use of products, collect customer feedback and improve customer satisfaction. Customer Relationship Maintenance Maintain good communication with customers and establish long-term and stable cooperative relationship. Regularly push the company news, product updates and other information to enhance customer stickiness.
