💼 What You’ll Do – Make Every Call Count

As a Client Services Professional , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Loudoun County and throughout Northern Virginia . Whether it’s scheduling HVAC service or answering plumbing questions, you’ll deliver a white-glove customer experience every time.

You’ll:

• Lead with Empathy , making every caller feel like family.

• Use your Curiosity to understand client needs and provide the right solutions using Google-integrated software.

• Demonstrate Responsibility by documenting all calls accurately and following processes consistently.

• Show Ambition by offering our Maintenance Plans (and earning commissions when customers enroll).

• Collaborate with your team to solve problems and elevate the customer experience .

• Represent our family business with confidence and compassion .
