As a Client Services Professional , you’ll be the first point of contact for customers in Loudoun County and throughout Northern Virginia . Whether it’s scheduling HVAC service or answering plumbing questions, you’ll deliver a white-glove customer experience every time.
You’ll:
Lead with Empathy , making every caller feel like family.
Use your Curiosity to understand client needs and provide the right solutions using Google-integrated software.
Demonstrate Responsibility by documenting all calls accurately and following processes consistently.
Show Ambition by offering our Maintenance Plans (and earning commissions when customers enroll).
Collaborate with your team to solve problems and elevate the customer experience .
Represent our family business with confidence and compassion .

You:
Have call center or customer service experience (preferred).
