YOUR LIFE AS A CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE - APPOINTMENT SCHEDULER This appointment scheduling position works
9 AM - 7 PM, Monday - Friday and
9 AM - 6 PM on Saturdays . Plus, you can plan on
one day off during the week and
NO work on Sundays . Additionally, our car dealership employees enjoy a
10 AM start after their day off!
As a Customer Service Representative - Appointment Scheduler, you play an important role in our car dealership. Every day, you keep our business running smoothly by providing excellent customer care over the phone. When you receive a call, your friendly demeanor sets the tone for a positive interaction as you answer questions and schedule sales appointments. Expertly using emails, scripts, and templates, you quickly respond to every internet, phone, and live chat inquiry that comes in.
Eager to help, you provide customers with initial product information and direct them to the appropriate dealership resources. When a customer is not ready to schedule an appointment, you ensure they receive a timely follow-up call with the help of our CRM tracking system. Establishing positive relationships with your teammates, our sales team, and dealership management is a top priority for you, and you consistently participate in team building and process development sessions.
You take pride in effectively coordinating our appointments and helping us provide exceptional customer service! WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU - Customer service experience
