Job Description
We are looking for a detail-oriented entry-level Accountant to join our client's team in the Toledo area. This role involves handling a wide range of accounting responsibilities, with the ideal candidate having strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
Responsibilities:
• Perform accounting tasks, including general ledger reconciliations.
• Review invoices for accuracy.
• Support the month-end reporting process.
• Prepares monthly expense reports.
• Prepare journal entries, as assigned by the team leader.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 1+ year experience, ideally (but not required)
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel, including data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication skills for collaboration with internal teams and management.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively in a dynamic environment.
